Information you provide

P3 may receive information you choose to submit through the contact form or by email, including your name, email address, phone number, message, and details related to a catalog or documentation inquiry.

Customer accounts and saved carts

Customer sign-in and account verification are handled by Clerk. P3 receives your account identifier and the account details needed to operate the customer area. Passwords are handled by the authentication provider and are not stored in P3 order records. Guest carts are saved in your browser; signed-in carts are stored against your account using P3’s database service.

Orders, delivery, and payment screenshots

When checkout is available and you submit an order, P3 stores the selected items, totals, name, verified email address, shipping address when applicable, order notes, order status, and carrier tracking information. These records support order processing and your account’s order history. Payment screenshots are sent through Resend to P3’s order inbox for manual payment verification. They are not published in the catalog. Upload only the confirmation needed for the order; hide unrelated transactions and account balances.

Venmo and Cash App payments are completed on those providers’ services. P3 does not collect payment-app passwords or card numbers through this checkout.

Website analytics

P3 may use privacy-conscious website analytics provided through its hosting platform to understand aggregate site usage and performance. P3 does not use this page to request sensitive medical information.

Contact form and email delivery

When you submit the website contact form, the information you provide is sent to the P3 website server and routed through an email-delivery service so P3 can receive and respond to your inquiry. The website does not present the form as a secure channel for sensitive medical or financial information.

Data sharing

P3 does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers used to host the website, authenticate customer accounts, store carts and orders, route email, or operate site analytics.

Account and privacy requests

You can contact P3 to request correction or deletion of account-related information. P3 may need to retain records for order handling and applicable recordkeeping obligations.
